Holding on tight to summer.

If like me, you live in England you will realise (apart from the odd miracle day) summer was gone a long time ago. When it was sunny one day this week I just had to take advantage and wear this dress I have been dying to wear. I found this little beauty in the Topshop sale for £9 and it was love at first sight. I went for an all white look, you know to channel Casper the friendly ghost of course.

The dress has the cutest little pattern and a gorgeous cut out detail in the back. I styled it with my cropped blazer and sliders to complete the minimalistic summer look.

Dress: Topshop
Blazer: Forever 21
Sliders: ASOS

Seeing as it is now September it is probably time to say goodbye to summer and hello to oversized knitwear.

A little town called St Ives

This weekend was one of the best weekends I have ever had, myself, my boyfriend and my family travelled down to Cornwall for a family wedding. We arrived on the Friday, and stayed until the Monday and I had the best time.

On the first day me and Kyle got the train down into St Ives, it was amazing weather and the beach looked amazing! I was in love with the view.

We visited a pizza express where we sat looking out at the sea, the pizza was also amazing which is a bonus!

On the saturday it was the wedding and I had such a lovely day filled with sunshine and food, what more could you want?

I am wearing a two piece skirt and top from Primark and my necklace is from ebay.

On the sunday we all got the train into St Ives and went to visit my great Grandparents memorial bench which was lovely, the sun was out yet again and the view was amazing. We also went out for a family meal for Fathers day, played in the arcade, the boys played football on the beach and then ate ice cream.

This is the first time I have visited Cornwall where I remember it and I love it, I can't wait to go back.
